Why do they still keep insisting that identity theft by illegals is a victimless crime?

I understand what these illegal alien advocates think are doing even though I do not agree with it, but how can think crimes like this are okay and be forgiven?
Why do they think they should not be prosecuted for or having fraudulent documents?
Do not use the excuse as they don’t what they are doing is illegal. They they entered illegally and everything then on is illegal. Who would believe that buying something like an I.D or S.S number is legal?

Lake Co. sheriff: Arrest shows ‘devastation’ of illegal immigrant
By Tony Gordon | Daily Herald Staff
Published: 1/12/2010 12:53 PM | Updated: 1/12/2010 5:27 PMLake County Sheriff Mark Curran said the recent arrest of a Franklin Park man is another example of the havoc wrought by illegal aliens who commit crimes.
Sergio Uscanga, 26, is charged with identity theft and forgery for using the financial information of a Lake Villa Township man to work for four years.
Curran said Uscanga, who entered this country from Mexico, purchased the name and Social Security number of the 39-year-old .
Uscanga used the information to apply for a job at Banner Service Co. in Carpentersville, Curran said, and was hired Sept. 12, 2005.
This past December, Curran said, the victim received a letter from the Internal Revenue Service saying he owed taxes on the wages he had been paid from the job.
The man called police, and Curran said sheriff’s detectives tracked down Uscanga and arrested him Sunday morning.
“This case is another example of the devastation who are in this country illegally can cause,” Curran said. “This victim will now have to spend months getting his credit straightened out and dealing with an IRS bill he does not owe.”
Curran, who has repeatedly called for harsh punishment and expedited deportation of illegal aliens who commit crimes, said it is estimated up to 50 percent of people in this country illegally have stolen identity information.
Uscanga, who is held on $ 50,000 bond, faces up to five years in prison if convicted and is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 2.
As Debra said, all they have to claim is they did not know. Advocates claim they are doing this only to work and should not be prosecuted.
apache, they would use fake and stolen identities to get these license, how would that help.
No I blocked tony before, but it does no because of HIS many accounts. I have One account, I need no more, thanks for asking.

But but but they just came here to make a better life for their families . My God whats a little crime got to do with that ? So what if they steal rob rape and plunder ? They are just poor people and uneducated so cut them some slack will ya ?

Best Identity Theft Protection?

Hi, I am planning to buy a program from Life Lock. Their price is $ 10 per month. Well I’m not sure if the price is right what I really like is the I get. I’ve heard really good feedback from them. Not to mention they are guarantee up to a million, if ever my got stolen. Heh nice isn’t it?
Now my question is before I join? Is it really time to panic and everyone should buy identity theft program or I am just crazy or something?
Also I need to know if there is other programs out there that I should consider?
Oh, I almost forgot incase you wanna see Life Lock to check them out yourself before answering my question?
here’s the site.

Meet the Teacher

How excited am I to get to know my bloggy teacher friends better? Pretty darn excited I might say. Cara Carroll at The First Grade Parade is having a linky party! What a great idea Ms. Cara! You are such a smarty pants.

So here it goes...a little bit about me.This is me.. Both Summer and Winter Versions :) (Have a tan) (Need a tan)
I'm 31 years old and soon to be 32! (Man does that sound old). I graduated from Miami University with an Elementary Ed. 1-8 degree and have a masters in Reading from Xavier University. I've been teaching for 10 years. All 10 in first grade and in the same classroom (And as you can tell, I think 1st grade is FAB-U-LOUS!)
I am married to an amazing man who does dishes, laundry, cleans, fixes things, loves our boys and is an amazing father and hubby. We've been married for 7 years and together for 15! Almost half of my life. He's my high school sweetheart and one true love. He is a police officer and criminalist and is wonderful at what he does.*Although I'd prefer he use his degree in accounting so I could sleep easier at night.
I also have two adorable little men in my life. Drew is going to be four (my word!) next week, and Landon is one. They are full of energy and keep me on my toes!

I have wonderful parents! I don't know what I would do without them. My mom watches my babies while I teach and I feel so lucky.
I also have a little(well 28 year old)brother who lives in Chicago and is a financial analyst. He just got engaged to his adorable little fiance' Jaclyn (a soon to be teacher).

I love, love, love to shop! Especially for shoes and purses. I love spending time with family and friends, scrapbooking and blogging!
Now for the Q & A

Q: What would you be doing if you weren’t a teacher? A: Stay-at-home-momand party/event planner. I can plan a mean party. You should see the first birthday parties I threw. I'm a crazy woman!

Q: What are your hobbies?
A: Photography, scrapbooking, crafting, shopping and blog stalking.

Q: When you were little, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A: I always wanted to be a teacher. My first grade teacher Mrs. Klein has always been my inspiration. She was amazing! I remember going to a local thrift store that sold teacher manuals for 50 cents and feeling like I'd died and gone to heaven.

Q: What are your guilty pleasures?
A: Diet Coke, Teen Mom {1 & 2}, Real Housewives (all of them, but I really loved the Beverly Hills girls), The Coach store!

Q: What is your biggest fear?!
A: Losing the ones I love. Being in a car accident. (I'm a freakishly defensive driver.) BED BUGS!

Q: When you’re on vacation, where do you like to go?
A: Grand Cayman, Disney World and Vegas!

Q: What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
A: Be honest, be yourself and be kind.

Q: What do you value most in others?
A:Loyalty and Kindness.

Q: If you could choose one of your personality traits to pass down to your kids, what would it be?
A: My patience. I don't let things bother me and I try to see the best in others.

Q: If you could have lunch with anyone in the world….living or dead…who would it be?
A: I would love to have lunch with all of my bloggy teacher friends. Imagine if we all taught in the same school!
Now tell us one random thing about yourself:I was in the Ms. Teen Arizona pageant. No, I am not a pageant girl. Don't know what I was thinking, but it was an experience. I've also never eaten seafood. GROSS!!

William B. Trevillian Jr.

He was born on November 16, 1936, in Charlottesville, Virginia, the son of Mr. and Mrs. William B. Trevillian Sr., Bill attended Lane High School and went on to graduate from the University of Virginia with a BS degree in Psychology in 1959. He was a member of the Kappa Alpha fraternity and conducted a live radio show for four years. After graduation, he joined the Army National Guard and was a 1st Lieutenant in the Ranger program. After an honorable discharge he worked as a salesman for Oven Air for eight years. He then joined Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company where he was salesman for 33 years and established Compensation Planning Corporation., Bill was a loyal member of the Albemarle Rotary Club and highly regarded by his friends as an avid sportsman with an intense love for the outdoors. In the Winter and Fall months he was a passionate quail hunter and dog trainer. While he respected the talents of Pointers and Brittany's alike, his passionate regard for his beloved Llewellyn Setters was inseparable. In one of his short stories he writes, "Darkness seeps into the air and spreads over us. Warm and cold night breezes flow against the dark sky; they find this quiet place. It's time for a warm truck ride to a waiting fireplace and loving people to tell our day to. Just a moment more, though. A moment more to run my fingers through his coat, to hear him sigh. He knows my hands. We are one. One moment more.", In the Spring and Summer months, he was either fishing the flats in Key West with his wife Patsy, surf fishing with his buddies for Drum or Cobia at Hatteras, North Carolina, or sailing his boat on the Rappahannock River., Alongside Bill's love for birds, kite flying and car racing at VIR, was his intense passion for writing. After retiring from Mass Mutual in 2001, he devoted more time to exposing his soul through written expression. His creative talents resulted in many short stories and poems. At times he could be seen entertaining enthusiasts at local bookstores, coffee shops or First Night Virginia. Nary was there ever a family social gathering without a mandatory attendance involving the fervent reading of Robert Frost's Birches or The Death of a Hired Man. In 2001, he authored his first book entitled Goat Bell Still and Sweets. Read it., Rarely was Bill without a camera. His fascination with photography was evidenced by his unique ability to enshrine the innocence of his prey in a photograph. His aptitude would later attract the publishers of the Photographers Forum where in 2002 and 2004 his works were published in the Best of Photography Annual., Bill Trevillian's expanse for knowledge across multiple fields of study often bewildered a few and astonished others. He just seemed to know the answer. The strength of his spirit; while intimidating to some, compelled him to live life like he meant it. Within him was born a depth of courage that commanded the respect of giants and remains immortal in all of us with whom he touched. I miss you and can't wait for our next covey rise., Bill is survived by his wife, Patsy, of 50 years; his son, Will; his daughter, Patsy Trevillian Wallenborn and her husband, Abbot. Also surviving are his grandchildren, Faris and Abbot Wallenborn., The family gives their heartfelt thanks for the compassionate support of our caregivers, Carolyn Deane, April Martin, Karen Crawford, Gina Martin and Sheryle Morris. We are also most grateful for the loyal support and counsel of Mr. H. Daniel Winter, Lucius Bracey and Keith Shaner. Special thanks and appreciation are also offered to Mr. Wayne Harvey for his friendship, loyalty and continued support. We also wish to thank Hospice, the University of Virginia Medical Center, Tom Garland at the Commonwealth Event Company and Sandy Motley Catering., A memorial service will be held at the family's home 2 p.m. Saturday February 5, 2011., NOTE: Parking will be at the Olivet Presbyterian Church at 2575 Garth Road (not at house) and shuttle service will be provided. Casual dress is desired and "Hunting Attire" is preferred.
