the people that lived across the street have been gone for almost 2 weeks i noticed 3 days ago that they havent been there. so i started to feed her and give water. its getting hot out here in bullhead city it gets up to 130 degrees in the summer. i already have a dog and i cant afford another one with the shots etc.and the shelter they have is a kill shelter.she is so sweet .i dont want to call the animal shelter cause i dont want the people IF THEY COME BACK to say i didnt have the right to butt in their business.its a young girl who cant even take care of her own kids. what is the law on this and how long do you wait?
